Payment
– Unless otherwise negotiated, payment must be completed in full before the work is made.
– Payment methods accepted are: PayPal or direct bank transfers.
For other payment methods please inquire during the negotiation process.
– The agreed upon price does not include any fees that are associated with the selected payment method. These fees will be charged to the customer.
– The agreed upon price includes taxes where applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: the commission fees indicated on the website are base prices for non-commercial-use work. These fees are higher for commercial-use work (subject to negotiation), as well as for personal use commissions that require more time and research from Penflower Ink. The full price will always be shared before invoices are sent.
Licensing and usage of commissions
Personal commissioned works fall under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0

It means you can share the artwork as it is, for example on social media, with proper attribution, but not in a commercial manner or make any changes to it. It is also not allowed to use the works to train so-called generative AI or similar types of machine learning technologies.
Commercial commissioned works fall under the CC BY-ND 4.0 license.

In short that means you are allowed to use the work in a commercial matter, including using it in promotional materials. However you are not allowed to create derivates, remixes or use the works to train so called generative AI or similar types of machine learning technologies.
Cancellation and refunds
At any time before the completion of the work either party may choose cancel the agreement and a refund will be issued.
Upon completion of the work refunds will no longer be issued. If there is a problem with the work please contact Penflower Ink so we can find a solution.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
