I am having trouble downloading my purchase/s. What should I do?
If the download link isn’t working – or there is something wrong with the downloaded files – please send a message including your order number and the email address you used. In some cases I may be able to help.
How can I request a commission?
- Contact me via the form below, expressing your interest and letting me know what kind of commission you are looking for.
- Next, if I am able to take on the work, I will send you a form to fill in with more information about the commission and reference images.
- Send me the completed form as an attachment.
- If I have all the info and references I need, I will send you a PayPal invoice.
- After confirmation of payment, I will begin work on the commission.
Can you work on my project?
Almost certainly yes!
However, I will absolutely not work on projects or products that promote any forms of bigotry, hatred or violence towards specific ethnicities, faiths (or lack thereof), sexualities, disabilities, gender identities, species and marginalised groups.
What kind of commissions do you accept?
