SQUISH!

WHAT IS SQUISH?

SQUISH is a solo / co-operative dungeon crawl journaling game in which you take on the role of a small and very squishy little character, trying to traverse a dungeon.

In order to survive you’ll have to recruit a number of Companions, be they Adventurers from the outside world or some of the Dungeon’s own Denizens.

You’ll move through the Dungeon by rolling dice and going forwards or backwards on a list of narrative prompts.
Your Companions will spend points from their limited Stat pools or perform Luck Rolls to attempt their various feats throughout your journey.

SQUISH includes a treasure trove of roll tables which you’ll be using to generate Companions, Spells, Magic Items, and more. All you need to play is the game document, a handful of six-sided dice and some note-keeping materials, but Squish! also provides Character and Companion Sheets.

SQUISH is based on the Passkey System, and heavily inspired by Tim Hutchings’ Thousand Year Old Vampire, as well as the Fighting Fantasy series of adventure game-books, created by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone.

Squish! is available in both PDF and Print.

Digital Version

• SQUISH!
  A traditionally hand-illustrated PDF, with bookmarks, page hyperlinks and table of contents. Colour-blind friendly (black & white). Also available, the 50% smaller “Squished Version”. Compressed for easier download and storage, without loss of image quality.
• SQUISH! (Text Only)
  A printer and colour-blind friendly text only version of the game document, with page hyperlinks, bookmarks and tagged for screen-readers.
• Character and Companion Sheets (Form Fillable)
  Form-fillable traditionally hand-illustrated character sheets for digital use.

Physical + Digital

As above but also you get a 116 page black and white printed book. It’s A5 sized.

You are free to create hacks, supplements and adventure modules based on Squish!, for personal and commercial use, so long as you include appropriate attribution:
